Refund Policy

Applicable for Academic Session 2026-27

• This policy applies to academic Session 2026-27.
• Refunds are not applicable on Online Learning Test Series (OLTS) & Distance Learning Programs (DLP), Video Lecture Programs, Powerplus courses, International Olympiads and workshops.
• The sections below cover the refund policy and other details for Resonance e-Learning Online Programs.

How to Apply for a Refund on Online Programs

1. The last date to apply for a refund is within 15 days of the course start date. Days are counted from the class commencement date. A refund is not permissible after 15 days from the course commencement date. By purchasing any Resonance Online Program 15 days after the course commencement date, you acknowledge and agree that you (a) take full responsibility for purchasing a course that is ineligible for a refund; and (b) shall have no claim against Maidendrop Edu Foundation Society for your ineligibility to request a refund for such course.
2. Amounts deductible in refund cases (towards administrative and academic expenses) are mentioned course-wise in the tables below.

Refund Policy for One-Year Courses

Refund Policy for Foundation Kick-Start Courses (AY 26-27)

Refund Policy for JEE/NEET Live 2-Year Courses (AY 26-28)

Applicable for purchases made in AY 26-28. Total fee paid (including any discounted fee) will be divided into two equal parts for the purpose of calculating the second-year refund amount for 2-year courses.

Illustrative example: If a student purchases a 2-year course, the refund policy will be implemented every year during the course duration. Refunds can be requested within 15 days of course commencement for each session. Listing price is inclusive of GST.

Refund Policy for PNCF Live Multi-Year Courses

Note:

• Cancellation charges are applicable for each academic year separately, if the student continues in the program.
• If a student cancels the entire multi-year course during the first year itself, only a one-time cancellation charge of ₹10,000 will apply for the remaining duration.
• Refund requests submitted after 15 days from commencement of the respective academic year will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund processing timelines will follow the standard Resonance refund policy timelines.

Refund Calculation Methodology

For multi-year courses, the per-year fee is calculated using the following formula:

Per Year Fee = Total Fees Paid ÷ Course Duration (in years)

Example 1 — 3-Year Course: Total Fees Paid ₹1,30,000, Course Duration 3 years. Per Year Fee = ₹1,30,000 ÷ 3 = ₹43,334 (approx.)

Example 2 — 2-Year Course: Total Fees Paid ₹90,000, Course Duration 2 years. Per Year Fee = ₹90,000 ÷ 2 = ₹45,000

Course / Phase / Medium / Stream Change Requests

Currently we allow changes only to Live Class courses. After fee deposition, a Course/Phase/Stream change is permissible (subject to seat availability and the student's performance) on payment of the prescribed fee below, along with the difference in course fee:

Refund Policy Exception for Leader and Achiever Batches (AY 26-27)

If an enrolled student secures admission through any competitive examination to a Government Medical College in India for MBBS/BDS, or to any Engineering College in India for B.Tech./B.E./B.Arch. (for the course to which they have been admitted), they shall be eligible under this policy.

Refund of fee will be applicable only for the courses described above. Refunds will not be made for B.Pharma / B.Y.N.S. / B.Physiotherapy / B.V.Sc., B.Sc. and other courses.

The following documents must be submitted for the refund:

• Invoice of the Resonance e-Learning Digital Course.
• Photocopy of College Call Letter / Counselling Letter.
• Fee Receipt of College Admission.
• Cancelled cheque or the first page copy of the Father's / Mother's bank passbook.

Deduction amount: No deduction.

Validity: This refund policy exception will remain applicable for refund requests submitted on or before September 30, 2026.

How to Request a Refund

To apply for a refund or a course/phase/stream change, please write to our support team at support@resonanceelearning.in or call us at +91 9121444501, quoting your registered mobile number and order number. Refund requests made only verbally shall not be entertained — please always follow up over email so there is a written record of your request.

• No refund will be made after the last date to apply for a refund for the applicable course.
• Refunds will be credited to the Father's / Mother's / Guardian's bank account via NEFT/RTGS, or to the original payment method used, as applicable. For a bank transfer, you must submit a cancelled cheque or the first page of the bank passbook.
• These refund rules apply equally whether a student joins the class after the commencement date, never attends a single class, or applies for a refund before the class starts.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, students/parents must meet the following criteria:

1. They must have successfully enrolled in a Live course or program offered by Resonance e-Learning. OLTS (Online Test Series) and recorded sessions are not eligible for refunds.
2. Their enrolment must not have been terminated by Resonance e-Learning for cause, including but not limited to violation of the code of conduct, violation of the enrolment policy, breach of trust, or any other behaviour considered disruptive or harmful to other students, parents or staff.
3. The student/parent should have reached out to Resonance e-Learning via the refund process outlined above.

Payment Through Financing Partners

For customers paying through a financing/EMI partner offered by Resonance e-Learning:

• Cancellation within the cooling-off period (72 hours from the date of final payment): no cancellation fee will be charged, and 100% of the amount will be refunded via the credit partner.
• Cancellation before or within 15 days of the course commencement date: the applicable cancellation fee (per the tables above) will be charged. If the amount paid is higher than the cancellation fee, the excess will be refunded to the financing company after adjusting for the cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after 15 days of the course commencement date: the entire balance paid will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Payment Made Directly (No Financing Partner)

• Cancellation before or within 15 days of the course commencement date: the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. If the amount paid is higher than the cancellation fee, the excess will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after 15 days of the course commencement date: the entire balance paid will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

For Offline Courses / Classroom Programs

Important Points

• Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subject to availability of seats.
• Please keep your fee receipt safely — in many cases it works as authentic proof of your registration with Resonance e-Learning.
• After fee deposition, students must complete the identity registration process for attendance purposes and collect a permission card by showing the original fee acknowledgement.
• After completing the admission process, the student's batch and building details will be sent by SMS to the father's/mother's registered mobile number a couple of days before class commencement. The student should then report to the institute/class venue with their permission card on the date and time specified in the SMS.

Pre-Nurture & Career Foundation (PNCF)

Phase change is not applicable after 45 days.
